Dear Fred,

We wanted to express our gratitude for your beautiful work you and your crew did on our two bathrooms. From the very first meeting, your professionalism and honesty won us over. We had never done any remodeling projects before and had heard many nightmare stories from friends and family about the lack of conscientious professionals in the construction trade. I guess we got lucky in picking you because throughout the project we felt extremely comfortable with every aspect.

Without exceptions, when we were told someone would be coming to work, they would be there. Not once did anyone miss an appointment or not show up. You were all so courteous and polite and sensitive to the fact that we had to live in a house around a project. We also appreciate the fact that you took extra care in protecting our carpet as well as always leaving the “jobsite” as clean as possible at the end of the day.

I was always very impressed that you were willing to meet me at various granite and tile shops to help me make some choices. Those places can be a bit overwhelming and I felt much more comfortable having you along.

We are absolutely thrilled with both our bathrooms. The quality of workmanship is obvious. Your attention to detail and concern that things be dome correctly shows in the end product. They are both beautiful and we couldn’t be happier.

We look forward to working with you again sometime!
