Kitchen Design and Remodel

Dear Fred,

You recently completed a remodel of my kitchen, dining room and family room, including relocation of the HVAC unit to another area of the house. This is to offer my congratulations for a job well done! Your design is functional and makes good use of the available space and came in on budget despite a mid-project change.

Thank you for your design ideas and the considerable hand holding during the hardwood flooring, granite counters, and custom cabinetry selection. You and your staff went above and beyond the call of duty. Your carpenters, Arturo and Carlos did their work competently, Arturo is a skilled finish carpenter, and his work was complemented by the City Inspector who noted that the craftsmanship was better than usually seen in his finish inspections. This is in spite of a very difficult cabinet installation caused by errors in the original construction of the house. He called the builder (you) “a perfectionist”.

The home remodel process will continue in steps over the next couple of years. I will be in touch with you again.
